Hi, everyone. I'm Colleen Matthews and I'm a Product Marketing Manager here at LinkSquares. Reporting on the active language in your agreements can be time intensive and confusing. You have to run a report across all agreements, export the results, and then manually remove inactive terms from the sheet.

That's why we built reporting for Governing Summaries. Now filter down solely to the active language in your agreements all while staying within analyze. Let me show you how it works. Head to your governing summaries page where you can see all summaries to date.

With reporting, summaries can be filtered by tags, global terms, or name. Say you're planning for potential risk and want to see all relationships that can terminate their contract without cause. Start by running a report on your governing summaries that have active termination for convenience language renewing in the next year. Scroll down to see all summaries with governing language pertaining to termination for convenience.

You can confidently act on this information knowing there are no hidden amendments. Overwriting the clause. If you're interested in the specific agreement that this language appears in, you can click into the summary and find the term to see the original agreement record. Once satisfied with your results, you can export them into report to share with your team.
