Party library is one place for you to manage and consolidate the parties in your repository, making it easier to search and report on your agreements by party. Here's how it works.

Access the library from your Linksquare settings.

Here, you can search for any party name found in your agreements.

Let's say you know Linksquare is often misspelled. You search for the preferred party name and begin to add variations.

You can do this by searching from a list of all parties, selecting relevant variations, and merging them with your preferred name. You can also see the number of agreements in which a specific party name can be found.

If you're not finding your preferred name in an agreement or if an organization's name changes, you can also edit the preferred name itself.

Once saved, the preferred name will be displayed in the global terms of all associated agreements in your repository for more accurate search and reporting.

Your smart tags, smart renaming, and dashboards and reporting with tags will be automatically updated to reflect the preferred party name.
