LinkSquares allows customers to customize and manage their tasks and approvals both for pre signature processes. So we're viewing agreements prior to being able to send out for signature, but also managing particular milestone obligations and particular tasks for agreements after they have been executed within our repository.

So starting here within finalize, our presignature solution, I have an example existing negotiation open. So this is a negotiation hub for this MSA with Lemon Link Corp. We have down below various iterations of versions, all time stamped, tracked, and numbered. But what I really wanna touch on is the approval process.

You'll see on the top right hand side this task tab. This is housing the approval process for this particular document.

Now how tasks and approvals can be set up within LinkSquares is they can be correlated and automated to the underlying template or workflow being initiated from.

For example, what I did here was initiate an agreement off my standard MSA template.

That can automatically bring in certain approvers or add certain tasks according to your process.

So, again, how we can set up those standard approvals are on the underlying workflow.

Now that standard approval process can be an ordered process where the first approval has to occur before the second or third.

It can also be added on an ad hoc basis. So maybe mid negotiation, I need to bring in someone for review. I can tag in that team. I can assign them certain clause language as well so we can funnel them into the negotiation also.

Not only can the approvals be ordered, but they can all be required to approve or listed as any one of them approve. So not all approve or listed as any one of them approve. So not all required, any one of the listed approvers can approve the document before it is able to be moved forward to signature.

The to dos here are the lower level tasks. So think of these like not overarching approvals on the actual document, but maybe certain tasks need to occur alongside this negotiation prior to signature. Those can be automated based on the template or workflow, or again, we can assign someone a task ad hoc. Someone, ensure NDA has been signed, I can tag them in here and we can make sure that has occurred before we are signing this MSA here.

The approvals themselves can be managed within the system, but also within our Microsoft Word integration.

So if I open up this example Word document, we can showcase what that looks like.

Within our Word integration, you can see on the right hand side, this is where our integration lives. So we can open the document up within Microsoft Word, but it's connecting directly to LinkSquares on the right hand side.

And that offers a couple of different aspects to assist with the negotiation, the review. We have different generative AI components to assist with even redlining.

But particularly with the approval process, that is also housed within Microsoft Word. So when I have the document open, I can view the outstanding tasks requirement, who needs to review and approve this before signature.

I can see and manage my own approvers as well. Let's say I'm being brought in to review and approve this document. I can do so right from here.

And then if I needed to change the approval process as well, I can do so from Word.

I can tag in another approver and add them in here.

Again, I can even highlight language in the document. Let's say section three point one requires review by an additional team. I can actually assign them as an approver and tag them into this highlighted text.

So let's say I am reviewing this particular provision, I can assign it to a certain team member, and they will essentially get a link to the text itself.

Time stamped. So again, you can see and have visibility into where your documents sit in the approval process. And then of course, as they do become complete, process. And then, of course, as they do become completed either within LinkSquares, within our Salesforce integration, or within Word as you see here, that process is audited, and once the approval has fully occurred, the status updates to ready for signature. And, of course, as I'm doing this here within Word, this correlates back to the workflow within Linkswares. We can see the status update. We can see the entire approval process has occurred, and even in the activity feed, we have an audit log of those approvals.

You can see actually when the approvals has occurred and who approved them all time stamped and audited.

Now we also have the ability to assign tasks within analyze.

So within our repository, alongside any contract, you can track particular tasks and essentially have visibility into outstanding tasks. So let's say I'm in this particular agreement here. You'll see on the left hand side this toolbar, this gives me information into the contract, like any related hierarchies, an AI summarization of the agreement, any organization, but we also have this task tab. So this is where you can track particular contract obligations alongside the actual agreement itself. I think of these a little bit like milestone obligations.

Maybe if you have a recurring task annually to, you know, check insurance requirements or you have kind of quarterly obligations alongside this agreement that require following up, you can assign these here. You can essentially input a subject, a description, assign it to a particular user, and you can assign them a due date. Again, you can have it be recurring. And the way our tasks are set up as well is recurring reminders can go out either, you know, a week before the date, a day before when it is overdue as well.

So all those can be tracked as well as being able to insert a date period that you date period that you want them receiving a notification before the due date. The tasks are not only visible alongside the contract in the repository, but users also have this task dashboard. So this shows holistically any outstanding tasks So this shows holistically any outstanding tasks, any requirements from them as well. And you can see as well holistically those tasks.

You can view the contracts that they're assigned to.

And then, of course, I can see things like the due date and status as well, so I can manage those obligations holistically instead of on the individual contract level.
