LinkSquares also has an integration with Salesforce in terms of the repository.

So essentially how that works is we are able to, once the agreement is fully signed, extract different data points automatically.

So the agreement signed will pull into analyze.

Our AI runs across to extract everything you're seeing on the left hand side. And, again, this is around a hundred and fifteen different data points from your contracts.

So things like the payment terms clause, the contract term, price increase language, and key dates, the renewal date, termination date, opt out date, etcetera.

And what we can do is essentially send any of this data back to a corresponding object or location within Salesforce. In that sense, sales users and customer teams living within Salesforce can manage their customer accounts and can review particular obligations within the contract without having to come into the CLM and review the actual agreement. They can get that data accessible from Salesforce.

So for example, here, we have a master agreement which was fully executed and is stored in analyze the repository.

This corresponds to a renewal opportunity within my Salesforce account. So as I am a customer success manager, I can actually go to my renewal opportunity, and you'll see here there's a couple different aspects of our opportunity, and you'll see here there's a couple different aspects of our integration. We do, on the right hand side, have an uploader or a drop zone where you can basically have visibility as to whether or not we have an executed agreement with this particular customer.

You can see the master agreement. This is a link bringing me directly to the contract stored within LinkSquares.

We do have the opportunity as well to store the actual file within Salesforce in the actual contract. That's completely up to our customers.

So once we have the agreement in LinkSquares, we not only show that we do have an executed agreement, but we also send back all those different data points we extract to a custom object. You can see here this LinkSquares agreement object.

Now what we can do is basically pick and choose any of those data points that you want presented at the account, the opportunity within those certain fields. So I have it set up in this detailed field to capture certain obligations that are relevant for this renewal. So you can see here we have tracked the auto renewal opt out date, the contract term, the termination date, renewal price increase percentage, the payment terms clause. In that way, when I'm managing this customer account, I can view those particular milestones and those dashboarding and reporting. You can pull reports of your customer contracts in Salesforce, upcoming for renewal in the next, you know, three months, in the next three six five, etcetera.
