With governing summary and link squares analyzed, you can create an overview of the active language in your contracts. This will save you a ton of time and make it easier for your team to work with your agreements. Let's see how it works.
First, create a summary group by selecting all agreements with similar criteria, like party names.
Then click the governing summary gap.
You'll assign a descriptive name to the summary before saving it.
Next, you'll finalize your governing terms for the summary. Linksource automatically provides a list of recommended governing terms, but you can edit the list as needed to ensure it's highlighting the correct terms.
Once you're happy with the selected agreements and terms, make the summary available for the whole team to use. Next time you get a question about a contract, like when a contract terminates, you and your colleagues can head to your governing summary to surface answers in seconds instead of having to comb through each agreement individually.
