Hi. I'm Sarah. I'm a technical solutions attorney here at LinkSquares.

Today, I'm going to show you how to create a template using our finalized pre signature tool.

Right now, I'm here on the finalized landing page. I'll begin by clicking this new agreement orange button. From here, there's a lot of flexibility for what type of template you can create, so you can allow this to be dictated by what you find yourself working with mostly.

Whether it's creating your own self-service preapproved contract or third party paper from a vendor per se sent over to you for your edits and review, or you can also use it as a legal ticketing system from members requesting contracts within your greater organization.

Today, I'll take you through the creation of a draft on your own paper, a standard MNDA.

This first page here are agreement detail questions.

Think of them as a sticky note that will live alongside our agreement to provide context into the document.

All of these questions that you see on the left hand side here are completely customizable.

You can have as many or as few as you want.

You can also have these questions trigger what we call dynamic approvers, which will automatically pull in certain users.

For example, question number three. Will we be disclosing any of our intellectual property?

If I click no, nothing more needs to be done.

However, if I was to click yes, the system is now notified that someone from the legal team, for example, needs to become included in this workflow now. I'll finish up by typing the counterparty's email address and hit save and continue.

The second page here are our tokens.

As opposed to everything in the agreement detail questions that live alongside the agreement, what I input here will actually go into the agreement.

Again, these are completely customizable.

You can have as many or as few as you want. It really depends what you want to include within your contracts.

This really helps streamline the creation process for you.

Once I'm done, I'll click save and continue.

You'll be taken to this review page here where you can make sure both those agreement detail questions and the term field tokens are correct.

Once they are, you can hit save and finish.

Now you have initiated your draft.

Any template, regardless of its type, will take you to this page here once it's initiated.

This is what we like to call our negotiation hub.

From here is the document you just made.

You can preview.

You can download.

You can also email it out to other users or the counterparty for review or redlining.

On this right hand side here, you're also able to see an audit log of all activity that has occurred during the creation and negotiation process.

This is also where you can handle your internal communication by commenting or asking questions.

Additionally, in this tasks tab is where your approvers will live.

So because we needed to loop in a certain department, they will have to approve this document before it can be ready for signature.

Once they have, you can see it's ready to be sent out for signature.

Thanks for listening.
