LinkSquares also has the ability to assist with quote generation.

So there's different methods of our ability to connect to different quote generation tools. LinkSquares internally uses native Salesforce functionality, a combination of that with LinkSquares aspects as well.

We can connect with different aspects of price books and quoting within Salesforce.

We also can connect depending on the customer's use case to Salesforce CPQ where we'd be able to pull in the line items into a corresponding template or order form to draft.

For example, here, I'll showcase the price books functionality. So what we have set up is a particular LinkSquares product price book where our sales reps can actually add products, edit products, and then select a corresponding discount and quantity, etcetera.

Once we pull these into a particular line items, you'll see they'll present as such. From here, we can automatically pull these line items into a corresponding link source workflow.

So in that sense, we build out the products, we add quantity, discounts, etcetera. And now if I want to build out my order form, I can have the template accessible here where I can draft off that template.

So let's select this discounted order form, and this will look similar to a process of drafting a different type of agreement. We have these contextual questions where sales can fill out information like agreement name, counterparty information. If this information lives in Salesforce like ARR counterparty, we can automatically configure that information so it maps into these templates.

Similar process as well for the inputs going into the document. So client name, effective date, etcetera, those can automatically populate and go into the order form template. But in certain instances as well, just to show for demo purposes, you can also allow sales to select from a pick list. Net payment terms, they can select contract term. All this is customizable depending on your particular agreements and what you want to enable sales to be able to update or change.

Similarly as well, just to show, you do have the ability to out allow them to access preapproved clause library language. So if they wanted to insert certain provisions, again, without having to get additional legal approval, those have already been okayed, you can have it set up so they can pull from that.

Once I save this agreement, it creates the order form and pulls in those line items.

So it looks similar to the negotiation hub for the different document we walked through. So, essentially, from this page, this is a negotiation hub for this particular order form. We created the order form. You can see it as a latest version below. We can see the status, any activity or audit log. But if we open this up here, you have visibility into that particular order form that we did create.

Highlighted are just those inputs to showcase for demo purposes, but you can see client name, input, contract term, effective date, payment terms, etcetera, and, of course, pulling in those line items into the table as well for the subscription.

So, again, being able document creation and management aspects from LinkSquares.

This created, of course, can be funneled to the counterparty via email directly from the system. If it is negotiated, legal, different departments can be brought in from LinkSquares from a non sales perspective, and it can funnel through a particular approval process as well prior to signature. Customers can fully change what that process is, if it's an ordered process, if approvers are brought in based on conditions.

And then once it is fully approved here, you'll be able to send out the order form for signature.

So it is when fully approved, it updates to ready for signature as a status and then, of course, connects to those signature integrations.
