Executive Team

Bill Hewitt is the Interim Chief Executive Officer of LinkSquares, and serves on the Board of Directors. A seasoned executive and returning member of the LinkSquares Board of Directors, he is a veteran SaaS leader who brings decades of experience leading high-growth software and AI-powered innovation companies.

His notable background includes serving as Interim CEO of Wagepoint and MindBridge Analytics, President and CEO of Aternity, and President and CEO of Exari, a leading Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) provider acquired by Coupa Software.

As chief product officer, Andrew is responsible for defining the company roadmap. He is an expert in collecting feedback from external and internal stakeholders, and distilling that feedback into defined actionable items.

He is a previous founder and has extensive experience in conceptualizing, designing, and bringing new products to market.

With over two decades of global leadership experience in professional services and customer success, Kellie is a proven expert in building and scaling organizations to drive customer retention and financial growth. She has held senior leadership roles at prominent technology companies including Adobe, CA Technologies (now Broadcom), Deputy and Lithium (now Khoros), where she was responsible for large professional services teams and P&Ls in dynamic, multi-product SaaS environments. She served as Chief Customer Officer at Deputy and most recently at Onapsis where she was responsible for all post-sales teams including renewals.

Her career is distinguished by a focus on creating the foundational people, processes, and technologies necessary for Customer Success, Services, Education, and Support teams to excel. With deep domain expertise in content management and digital customer experience, her work spans a broad range of technologies from analytics and social media to workforce management and security. She began her career at Accenture, and her experience includes growing organizations through significant M&A and global transformation initiatives.

A seasoned marketing executive, Biju brings over 20 years of global experience in marketing leading-edge technology products to LinkSquares. She is recognized for her leadership skills aligning product, sales, and marketing teams to achieve increased bookings, customer retention and overall revenue growth.

She most recently served as Chief Marketing Officer at Securonix, a five-time Gartner MQ cybersecurity leader in SIEM, where she she was responsible for overseeing end-to-end marketing initiatives that included demand generation, product marketing and marketing communications to drive rapid growth. Prior to joining Securonix, Biju has held global marketing leadership roles at Onapsis, Brightcove, Carbonite and Dassault Systèmes.

Dave Learoyd is Senior Vice President of Finance at LinkSquares, leading the company's finance and administrative functions. He brings over 15 years of experience building and scaling finance organizations at high-growth technology companies — and a genuine passion for using data to drive better business decisions.

Since joining LinkSquares in 2021, Dave has played a central role in shaping the company’s financial foundation. He has led equity and debt financing, stood up the Office of the CFO, and has been a key strategic partner to leaders across sales, marketing, legal, and operations. His fingerprints are on everything from financial planning systems to go-to-market analytics to the company's long-range strategy.

Prior to LinkSquares, Dave held senior finance roles at Everbridge (NASDAQ: EVBG), CallMiner, and Publicis Sapient, where he developed broad expertise in SaaS business models, capital markets, M&A due diligence, and board-level reporting.

Dave holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of New Hampshire's Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude. He is also a CFA charterholder, reflecting a career-long commitment to the craft of finance.

James Newman is Vice President Sales at LinkSquares. James brings three decades of enterprise revenue experience from leading-edge technology companies and is an influential and strategic extension of the LinkSquares executive team. His extensive experience building commercial teams from the ground up, leading large dispersed teams, and overseeing triple digit growth and hundreds of millions of dollars in revenue on a global stage is key to LinkSquares’ vision as the organization continues to evolve.

Prior to LinkSquares, James served as Head of Enterprise & Large Enterprise Sales North America for LinkedIn Learning, where he led sales aligned to LinkedIn's Talent Solutions business. There, he helped customers build the critical skillsets they need to thrive in a rapidly evolving world, covering the most in-demand skills in tech, AI, business, leadership, creative and more. His previous leadership roles at Glint, Evertrue, Smarterer, and Cornerstone OnDemand, illustrate his long-standing commitment to growing revenue, supporting complex sales organizations, and meeting customer needs in demanding markets.

Jonathan is a technology-focused legal leader with deep experience across multiple industries, including cybersecurity, IoT, and energy technology, dedicated to improving how legal teams operate and partner with the business. At LinkSquares, he serves as VP of Legal, where he leads a high-performing team of lawyers and has responsibility for all legal matters, driving operational excellence, scalability, and strong collaboration across the business. Prior to joining LinkSquares, he was Associate General Counsel at Cofense, leading commercial contracting efforts and advising on privacy matters.

Jonathan holds a Juris Doctor from George Mason University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts with distinction from James Madison University. He began his legal career as a law clerk at Fannie Mae and previously served as a Peace Corps volunteer.

Niki is a strategic people leader with over 12 years of experience building high-performing teams in fast-growing organizations. At LinkSquares, she drives the company’s people strategy, shaping talent acquisition, employee experience, total rewards, and organizational development to support business growth and a strong, inclusive culture.

Before joining LinkSquares, Niki led HR initiatives at DraftKings, Moderna, and Circle, guiding companies through hyper-growth, global expansion, M&A, and complex organizational change. She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution to build resilient, results-driven teams.

Vishal is founder and board member of LinkSquares. Vishal founded LinkSquares with the goal of building great products to improve how businesses operate. Prior to founding LinkSquares, he held operations and product management positions at Backupify and InsightSquared. Vishal is widely recognized as a thought leader in the legal technology space, where he has worked tirelessly to improve outcomes for legal teams, while elevating their visibility within the enterprise.

In 2021, Vishal was named an EY Entrepreneur Of The Year, one of the most competitive business awards for ambitious leaders who are building and sustaining successful, dynamic companies. Vishal was honored as one of Boston Business Journal’s 2022 40 Under 40, celebrating the Boston area’s young professionals who are achieving the most in their careers and giving back to the community.

Vishal has a B.S. in Engineering from Northeastern University and a M.S. from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.

Brady serves as a partner at Sorenson Capital. As an investment partner and entrepreneurial mentor, he collaborates with enterprise entrepreneurs developing and scaling application, analytics, and vertical SaaS applications. 

Brady graduated magna cum laude from Brigham Young University with a Bachelor of Science in business management and an emphasis in entrepreneurship. He took a break from Sorenson in 2010 to attend Harvard Business School. There, he became involved with the Entrepreneurship Club, Private Equity Club, and Harvard i-lab, and launched an award-winning SaaS startup that offers technology and services to healthcare clinics.  Brady then returned to Sorenson and continued to partner with high-impact management teams to help them drive innovation through product investment and predictable go-to-market success.

Spencer serves as Partner at G Squared  and leads investing across the Marketplace, Mobility 2.0, New Age Media, and Social Mobile megatrends. 

He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Global Economics from the University of California, Berkeley.

Danielle serves as the Chief Trust Officer at Commvault. Modern compliance, legal and security teams need to be predictive, proactive, and data-driven to meet the speed, agility, and growth of global business in a world of constant cyberattacks. Danielle enables Commvault to do just that.

A strategic leader with deep expertise managing complex global privacy systems, Danielle has repeatedly scaled Corporate Trust operations for public technology companies, led IPOs and other transformative strategic transactions, and counseled leaders and boards on significant governance and activist shareholder matters.

Prior to joining Commvault, Danielle served as General Counsel at financial technology services company Bottomline (NASDAQ:EPAY) and at cloud-backup SaaS solutions provider Carbonite (NASDAQ:CARB).

She currently serves as Global Chair of The L Suite; as well as a director on the Boards of BreachRx; Formally; and the NetZero Institute; and the Board of Trustees at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center.

Tim serves as a board of directors at LinkSquares. Prior to LinkSquares, Tim wore many hats at DraftKings including Chief Financial Officer, Chief Compliance Officer overseeing legal and compliance, as well as HR and customer support. Tim retired from DraftKings in July 2021, having seen the company grow from 10 employees to roughly 3,500 and going public in 2020.

Tim holds a BA in Accounting from Isenberg School of Management, UMass Amherst.

Michael is co-founder and general partner of Jump Capital, an early-stage technology investor specializing in the Ai-driven transformation of Fintech, IT/data infrastructure and cybersecurity and enterprise SaaS.

A venture investor, executive and entrepreneur with extensive general management and financial leadership experience across the financial services, manufacturing and advisory service sectors.

Mike spent 16 years with GE Capital and graduated with highest distinction from Penn State University with a BS in Finance.
